Hey everyone, I have topscore and i did the first two tests for science already.
I got an 18 and 19 TS respectively but after each test I thoroughly went over each concept I happened to get wrong. I was wondering...are the types of questions on the DAT very similar to topscore because i have heard that topscore is comparable to the actual test. i was just wondering because after going over all the problems, i know how to do all of them.

i'm wondering if the difficulty level is comparable or the type of questions on topscore are comparable. or both.

My opinion is that topscore is a pretty good indicator for everything except QR. That's what I found anyway. I found that the reading on topscore was slightly easier than the DAT, and the science on Topscore was a bit tougher. I ended up scoring higher on Bio/Chem/Organic than I did on Topscore, but lower in QR and reading. My score was probably within a +/- 1 of my actual score though. I never did a full length test in one sitting on topscore, so I can't know for sure.

If you aren't good with Math (and I mean actually good, not just able to do what topscore has), then you should probably focus on that a little harder than Topscore's QR would lead you to believe. I scored 22 and 23 on Topscores QR and got an 18 on the real one. Take that for what it's worth, maybe I was just unlucky.
