when exactly do i e-submit my app? do i have to wait for the transcripts and LORs to be received? or do i just send the app and have them sent over afterward?

E-submit now! It'll take them a month to process your app and during that time they'll probably receive your transcripts and LORs. You want to e-submit as soon as possible, so they can process your app and calculate your GPA as soon as possible and then send it out! Good luck!
