Hi,

To current Touro students, I have some questions about Clinical rotations at Touro.

Since Touro is such a young medical school I was wondering about how Touro conducts its clinicals. I?ve heard that Touro has no hospital affiliations, is that correct? If Touro has no hospital affiliations, do Touro students do clinical rotations all across the country, mainly in the western part of the US or mainly in California?

I?m guessing clinicals are probably done in a similar way its done by Caribbean medical students- they?re given a general geographic area but clinicals almost always span several states. Is my hunch correct?

I was offered an interview by Touro and was curious about this aspect of their medical school. Thanks.

We have hospital affiliations and rotations all over the country, but most of them are mainly in CA... But you can check which hospitals and locations by going to www.tucom.edu, then click on departments, then then click on clinical education under dean's offices, then finally affiliate hospital contact info...

Hope that answers your questions...

I sent you a PM.
