Yeah, they are on the website. Are you asking because of laziness or ignorance? Touro is right on the website and LLU you can get just by starting the app.

No, actually I'm not ignorant or lazy, moolman. The Touro pharmacy link has always been a dead one until I tried to reaccess it now. I don't see any extra supplemental forms for the LLU online app, unless you mean that the LLU app is the supplemental app which it shouldn't be because LLU doesn't participate in pharmcas.

hehe... I struck a nerve but sorry for being so harsh. I see these kinds of posts and it just makes me wonder if the person is really ready to go to pharmacy school. If you can't figure out the application process on your own especially when it's all laid out on the school websites.... If you can't figure out the how to find the essay prompts don't apply there, very simple. Good luck to you, I'm working on the LLU essay right now.
