Hello,

I am trying to apply to Touro University. I know we have to submit everything through OTCAS but does anyone know if we have to send in the Observation forms via mail or upload it to OTCAS? Also, do we need to fill out the same form for the 20 volunteer hours without the OT or do they just look at that information on OTCAS? I have been trying to reach someone at that school for a couple weeks now and no one is calling me back or emailing back. 🙁

I had the same exact questions and sent an email yesterday. I'll post if/when I receive a reply.
Did you have all your OT's sign the same piece of paper, or do you have multiple sheets? That was another question I had as well!

Great! Thanks! Ill let you know if I hear anything as well. I had multiple sheets, meaning every sheet for different OT.

I personally just filled out all of the forms and mailed them. Hopefully that works, I didn't even consider uploading to OTCAS!

I submitted my application and got an email back from them telling me all of the steps you need to do for the paperwork. I jumped the gun and mailed them, but i'll just submit them how they wanted again just in case.

I think just one for observations with OT. But I could be wrong, I'm getting all of my schools mixed up. You can check on their website, they have the forms up there!
