I am sure this has been hashed over a few times but I need some advise. I have been accepted to Kirksville, UHS and Tucom.

Simply because of location I want to attend Tucom. However, I am worried about how new Tucom is and have heard rumors that rotations for 3rd and 4th year students are not in place yet.

Can anyone from Tucom comment on their experiences? I want to know what they think of the curriculum, faculty and quality of rotations. Also, how are the rotations handed out? If someone really wanted to stay in the bay area is it possible? I heard a lot of students get shipped of to LasVegas.

I too am seriously considering TUCOM (have narrowed it down to TUCOM or NOVA.) I was told at the interview that TUCOM has a number of affiliations with hospitals in the Bay area as well as Vegas, Hawaii, NY, and other locations. Have you heard your "rumors" about the rotations from students or other credible sources? I'm curious about this too.

I was told the same at the interview and have also been told that anyone who wants to stay in the bay area is able to. I am just wondering how established the rotations are and if the people who really want to stay have to do a bunch of leg work to find these rotations.

The rumor comes from a biased source and I am not sure how recent their information is.

Any Tucom students out there?
