What other programs did everyone else apply to? I applied to Touro University California, Touro University Nevada, Western University, and NSUFlorida MBS program.

i also applied to western! I’m from southern california so would probably lean towards going to Western if I get accepted there. The rest of the schools I applied to were out of state for me, so as of now I plan to attend Touro CA so I can stay in stateWhat other programs did everyone else apply to? Hey guys! I'm in the midst of applying and I have a question - I was wondering if you guys had someone help out with editing your personal statement? I'm not sure if I should use my draft for medical school p.s. or make a new one for Touro's program.

Hii! I had a couple people read over my personal statement. But I am going to slightly change my personal statement for the medical school applications 😳Hey guys! I'm not sure if I should use my draft for medical school p.s. or make a new one for Touro's program.
Hello! I am currently finishing up my application and was wondering if anyone had tips for getting into this program. Also, does anyone know how many spots are left or what the acceptance rate is? My gpa is around 3.5 and I have a good amount of research, clinical, and volunteer hours. Thank you so much!
What does your friend like best about this program? Are they remote or in-person? I would be remote, but don't know much about it except what I've learned at the info. sessions. Most likely. I have a friend that is currently in the program and he loves it. I'm still waiting on one school to see what they say but so far I'm most likely going to attend.

I just submitted last week, before the Holiday weekend. I see here it can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to hear if you're admitted and the program could also get rolling early Aug. I'm still waiting on one of my LOR, but she should be finished very soon as well as finishing up a Physics course by 7/15, which Naisha assured me was OK. Any helpful advice or tips here are much appreciated??? I'm looking to finish PA -career changer. Thank You all so much -v. helpful forum.

I submitted my app recently, and am also waiting for one of my LOR to come in. Unfortunately, I think my last LOR may not submit soon and I am scrambling to find other people who can. I am applying to medical school as well, and have people writing my LOR for that. Do you guys think I can use a LOR from med school for this grad program? Would admissions see it as a red flag if a LOR explicitly states it was intended for medical school programs? Thank you guys in advance, anything helps!
I did receive an email from the school saying that they would send my app. to review as soon as my 2nd LOR was received. I had to contact Post-Bac CAS as they somehow did not send the email to her email address. They gave me a direct link to the Letters of Liason and she has that now, so hopefully it won't be long. Hope this helps!I submitted my app recently, and am also waiting for one of my LOR to come in. Unfortunately, I think my last LOR may not submit soon and I am scrambling to find other people who can. Hi! I was accepted last week and I'm so thrilled to start. Anyone know of any discord/chats made yet for the students incoming to connect throughout the year?

Hi!! I've been told its curved and the weekly coursework is fairly extensive. working at least 8 hours/day or studying outside of class nearly 20 hours a week. I've heard its rigorous but doable!hey just got accepted and I was wondering if anyone knew if the classes were graded on a curve and generally how much time we can expect to spend on coursework per week!
I was just accepted as well. I haven't heard of any GroupMe or We Chat's but that would be very helpful!Hi! I was accepted last week and I'm so thrilled to start. Anyone know of any discord/chats made yet for the students incoming to connect throughout the year?
Did anyone else get an email saying that there was a system error. And that they were not actually accepted? I am sad because I did really want to go, but we will see I guess. It sounds like I have been lowkey waitlisted. I also told my work today that I would be leaving at the end of the month too 😭.

Wait what??? Tell more! I'm nervous now because my registration hasn't been posted yet, but I've paid all the fees and everything! I'm assuming you should be fine if they let you pay the fee. I only received a system notification last Friday stating that I got accepted. They said that they would send the official acceptance letter and links in a separate email. I had assumed that they had a back log. I was told that I should receive a response no later than July 15 during an information session so I assumed they were probably busy trying to meet that deadline leading to a delay in those emails. I guess my assumption was incorrect 🥲. I think you should be okay if got those separate emails including links to everythingWait what??? Tell more! Done anyone that took this program know which classes are the most difficult?
hi guys! I plan on applying for the fall 2026 cohort. Anyone know how competitive it is to get in? This program is my number 1 cause it is in state and ofc the remote option. Anyone know when is the best time to start submitting the application? I just started a few days ago... and planning on submitting sometime in March. Any insight or response would be greatly appreciated 🙂.

I hear it’s not very competitive. I reached out tot he director and they increased the class size significantly (more $$$ for the school lol) but Naisha (the coordinator I believe) states that as long as you fit the metrics to apply you’re pretty much good.hi guys! Any idea if the increased class size will impact the amount of students that matriculate into their DO program? I'm assuming the same 60% metric will hold, just not sure if a bigger class would affect this.I hear it’s not very competitive. So, hard to tell with the class size increase. But what I got from students and an advisor in the program was that there is no set allocation of seats for MSMHS students. If you meet the metrics, you get the automatic admission or the interview. That 60% is a weak indicator to me. What the students told me is roughly 30-40% of the students get overwhelmed and drop the program in the first month. For the rest of the class that gets through the program, roughly 80-85% get accepted into the COM with a very high interview to acceptance rate.Any idea if the increased class size will impact the amount of students that matriculate into their DO program? I'm assuming the same 60% metric will hold, just not sure if a bigger class would affect this.

I mean this is subjective, but Naisha said it’s not competitive. You can join an info session and ask if you need. I can’t remember the exact number but I’m pretty sure they went from like 40-50 students to like 80-90R u sure this is true? 🙂) how many people were accepted fall 2025? Cause im applying for fall 2026

Like I said “competitive” is VERY subjective. I’m sure there’s people applying with sub 3.0 GPA’s hoping to get in. There’s people on here and on Reddit that got in with 3.1, 3.2’s and 490 mcatsIt’s very competitive oh god…at least she was straight up lol.View attachment 413679

I know they said that they grade on curve so I was more so wondering how difficult it was to achieve the 3.6 that's needed to matriculate to the DO program.

No curve. They do give questions back if like only 25% or so got it right, but like theres no true curve where someone who got a 50 could end up passing that exam, etc.Thank you!

I think the program is definitely doable if you dedicated time and energy into it, no where what your prior knowledge is of the sciences. Like studying maybe 3-4 hours outside of classes everyday, doing practice questions, going to office hours, asking questions.
