TPR Hyperlearning (and EK101) verbal timing vs CARS

Hey guys,

Hope you're all doing well. I just wanted to get some input in comparing TPR hyperlearning timing vs the current CARS. Right now, I am managing to finish my passages in slightly over 7 minutes on average. What should I be aiming for - is it still the same as the 2014 MCAT, where I should aim for 6-7 minutes?

How about EK101? Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
