Are these in the new format or the old format?

Not sure, don't want to give you the wrong info. This book is from the 2006 class.

Okay, probably the old format, then, since format changed in 2007.

Edit: It probably doesn't *really* matter that much, it just means the tests are longer than the current MCAT.
