TPR old VR workbook useful?

Hey everyone, I have the old TPR VR workbook (2000). Is it still a better option than TBR VR?

I want to know the answer to this too. Also, how old for the TPRH verbal workbook can you go. Does 2007=2010?

I think it should be fine, I don't think verbal changes that much really. Could use some confirmation though from others who have experience with the older materials.
