TPR Science Workbook vs. EK Biology 1001

I just wanted to get a opinion on which is a better, more accurate preparation for the mcat biology review - TPR science's workbook or the EK biology 1001.

What about the physical sciences??

TPR all the way. EK 1001, in my opinion, is not beneficial.

I would use both. EK 1001 bio is awesome; the other 1001 books are not so great. TPR is great for PS.
