Tracking narcotics at Walgreens

How do you guys track narcs at Walgreens? Movement report only shows the last 90 days and not quite helpful . What do you guys do? at a neighboring Walmart only RPH's count C2s...What do you guys do?

Tracking it as in how much you're dispensing so you're not on that dreaded 10% list? or tracking as in keeping accurate count of it? Just assign bay duties to your staff rph...or you guys can split the cabinet where each of you count half of the C2s each month and maintain accurate count. Some stores (the really slow ones) will have the rph write on the bottle the new count for that bottle if a script is filled....this is probably not practice at average volume or higher stores

This is what smart count is for. Unless you think someone is stealing you don't keep track yourself.

I work for Walmart and our policy says tech's are to count C2s and we have to count and back count the stock bottle too.
