I thought it might be nice if we compiled a list of the schools that have/will have tracking pages. I'll post what I've read/heard but please add to the list and correct me if I've been misinformed.

Colorado- says they will have a tracking page but is not yet up
Cornell- up and running
Davis- no?
Penn- no?
Wisconsin-says will have one but is not yet up
Ohio- no?
Illinois- says will have one but is not yet up
Minn- no?
Tufts- no?
London- no?

Ohio has a tracking page.

Iowa State has a tracking page that seems to nbe pretty accurate (at least for my stuff).

Cornell's page is very accurate and up to date.

Michigan has one too.

Illinois will be up after Monday the 15th, I talked to someone on the phone..

pardon my dumb question, but how do i find these tracking pages? i know, my plan to not pay attention has already failed! i tried to look on michigan's website but to no avail? any help?

Davis- no?
Davis didn't have one last year.

NOTE TO DAVIS APPLICANTS: They do everything by e-mail. Make sure to check your spam folder because last year some people were finding Davis e-mails had gotten filtered as spam!! The only way you'll know if they didn't receive a transcript or whatever is by e-mail, and if that message gets filtered then you won't know you missed it...

Kate - where have you been? I had noticed you hadn't posted for awhile (as stalkerish as that sounds).

I've been in about a zillion credit-hours worth of classes. 🙂

Every once in a while - for instance while I'm avoiding doing work on a Sunday afternoon - I come back to catch up and comment on whatever needs commenting since I last logged on... I noticed cyrille seems to be on the same plan. 🙂

Just got e-mail for Illinois' page.
It's up and running.

Same goes for Mississippi State. They are SUPERB about keeping you up to date with each and every decision and/or change, but you've got to be able to receive their emails or you'll be S.O.L!

PS- Last year Kansas never sent me a confirmation of any type, and I did not receive my "no thanks" letter until two weeks AFTER the April deadline for turning in your deposit at all of the schools, so be prepared to hear nothing from them unless you're one of the lucky first-round interviewees =)

colorado has one in terms of whether or not all your things are in - you just go to the supplemental application: https://www3.cvmbs.colostate.edu/pvmapp/entrance.cfm

illinois has a tracking page up and running, too, unless there is some other page that people are talking about: https://admit-s.cvm.uiuc.edu/

ohio has one that is rarely updated and apparently they are having problems with it: http://appstatus.osu.edu

cornell has a very nice one: https://www.vet.cornell.edu/admissions/application/track.asp?Fun=SBM

as far as i know, penn does not have a tracking page.

and that's everywhere i applied!

hope this helps!

Dpoes anyone know if any of these schools have tracking pages, or has anyone received conformations that their application is complete from them?

Mississippi
Auburn
Edinburgh
PEI
Tennessee
Virginia Maryland
Missouri
Thank you

I don't remember checking a tracking page with Tennessee or Auburn last year.

At Tennessee, you can contact Deborah Shepherd about your application. She is very nice, but very busy. It will probably take her a couple of days to get back to you, as she does a lot for us current students too.

At Auburn, (and maybe one of the current students there can correct me if I'm wrong), Kaye Storey is the contact. She is very nice and helpful if you have any questions.

Tufts is up and should be approaching up to date.

hi hoodle - i can't find the tufts application status page...or is it just the same page that you signed on to fill out your application? if it is that same one, mine just says that my app has been submitted but nothing about a timeline.

Hi RubyJoe,
I've gotten a number of emails from Tufts Cummings about their online setup (DIFFERENT from Embark, the application itself). If you haven't heard from them, I'd call the admissions office ASAP to make sure they have your contact info. Basically, they sent out an email saying

"We will be uploading your application to our Professional Schools Application Management System this week. After this upload is complete, you will automatically receive an email from us. This email will include a website link and a user name and password. You will be able to log onto to this site and check to see whether or not your credentials (transcripts, letters of evaluation, and GRE scores) have been received in our office. It will also state that you should wait at least 10 days before checking this site, so our staff has time to update credentials for all applicants. In fact, it typically takes 2-3 weeks to update the credentials for all of our applicants."

You then get an email with a link to https://grad.admissions.tufts.edu/APP/login.aspx and a username/password.

Finally, we got an email a couple of days ago saying
"We are writing to give you an update on our progress with processing your application for admission. As you know, we received a total of just over 750 applications to the DVM program. As of today, we are just about done with matching letters of evaluation, transcripts and GRE scores with these applications.

We have just begun updating credentials on the online application management system. Please understand what a huge undertaking this is! It will take 2-3 weeks for our four staff members to completely update credentials for each of our 750 applicants.
...
So, if our web page still shows that you are missing all credentials, please be patient. This simply means that we have not yet updated your credentials. This website for status checking is our way to communicate to all 750 of our applicants in a timely and efficient manner about the status of your application. We expect that you will use this site to ensure that your application is complete."

thanks for your help hoodle! i just got the email with my log-in and password. it's weird i didn't get the other messages.

Hi RubyJoe,

I applied to Tufts as well, and just got an email from them today. It said that they have been experiencing some issues with people not receiving the initial email with the username and password to the new website. It also had a link to email them if you had still not recieved your username and password. All in all, I think they realized that many people were not receiving their updates and have taken some steps to resolve the issue, so now you should probably recieve all their helpful emails! Good luck!

Just a quick question - on my cornell tracking page it still doesn't have a check next to one of my requirements (the one requirement - english - that i took while I was abroad). I called about a month ago and they said it just might not have been updated, but there is still no change. They have not contacted me yet about anything, so I'm not sure there's anything wrong, but is anyone experiencing anything similar?

LSU has a tracking page
