Secondaries ask about speeding tickets?!?!?! Is this common?? Ruh roh

Haha, hopefully they don't care about moving violation, I'm in real trouble. What school asked for that?

They ask for information on speeding tickets now? Seriously?

"Sorry, no med school for you, you did a rolling stop at a stop sign in 2005."

U Cinn asked for all moving violations and UVM asked for all speeding tickets in the past 5 years...

What the hell is the point of this? Everyone gets speeding tickets and accidents are just that - ACCIDENTS. I'm guessing it's to sniff out DUI's and the like but that doesn't make sense either since DUIs are felonies/misdemeanors.

...and... ladies and gentlemen, this is why you go to court and fight traffic violations. First, unless a guilty verdict is responsible, I wouldn't report it. Second, if you win, then there's no violation to report there either. However, if you're going to fight it, check everything. Is the speed limit set under properly according to the law? Is the speed limit properly posted. Was the ticket issued properly? A lot of times the answer might be "no" and that's what you argue. Of course, you could get lucky and not have the officer show up for court.
