Hi guys, I had a quick question. I am a junior and thinking of transferring to a different college for my senior year due to cost and a lack of variety of classes. Does anyone know if admissions committees look down on this or if they don't even care? Thanks

I transferred to another school after my freshman year because I wasn't happy there. At most of my interviews, I have been asked why. I don't think they look down on it, as long as you have a solid reason for why you left. They probably don't care too much.

agreed, although it is my understanding that you can only transfer if you're a 1st or 2nd year undergrad. This may only apply to certain schools possibly.

You might have trouble finding a school that takes senior transfers. Most at least have a minimum number of credits that must be taken at the school in order to graduate.

You generally can't just show up and take a few courses at a school and get a degree from them when the vast majority of your work was done at another institution... especially if that work was in your major.
