Transcript after Interview??

I'm not sure how it works for all you guys with many interviews so far, but I just recently got back from a UoP interview where they want us to send in our transcript(s) directly to them (when we get the chance to after the interview). Correct me if I'm wrong, but do schools usually ask for the transcript AFTER granting admission? What does this mean if UoP is already asking for the official transcript after my interview? Thanks and I apologize if this is a stupid question but I really wanna get into Pacific as it is my first choice

I was recently at Louisville and they said to send transcripts also. I think that, as they said, most schools offer a "conditional" acceptance so you are accepted under the condition that you complete and do well in the classes you are enrolled in and said you plan to take in spring.

I doubt it is a make it or break it and that they want to see your grades before deciding. UOP is pretty selective about interviews so I dont think that a few classes would make a difference.

None the less, my plan is just do well in my classes. Do well in the classes and we wont have worry a bit about sending transcripts because then it will only help 🙂

What exactly are you concerned about? It doesn't sound like anything on your transcript will be different if you send it now compared to when you sent it to AADSAS since you've already graduated. Why would it be a problem if they asked you to send it? Sure, it seems redundant, but not problematic...?

That's what I was thinking. Honestly, I'd hesitate to say that it's any hint toward acceptance. Especially since it really does them no good to get another transcript from you (nothing will have changed from the last one you sent them, right?), it sounds like just a formality that they give to everyone. But, I could easily be wrong. Maybe others who have interviewed could respond to whether or not a transcript was requested of them as well.

One thing is for sure: getting an interview already shows you that they're interested in you at least on paper.

It's probably an early request by them. They figure that it's less work for them to hound people during the spring if they get a bunch of the transcripts in now.

I heard the early pre-Dec interviewees of UoP are da creme of the applicant pool and basically everyone gets accepted. So I wouldn't worry.

I called UOP this morning and I have all my coursework completed. I had my transcripts mailed out today, but they said I can send them at anytime before June next year.

I know Penn wants them pre-interview (if you get an interview, not just from any applicant) and VCU needs them pre-interview IFF there are changes since AADSAS received one.
