I'm so mad at my school for not attaching the AMCAS Transcript Request Form to my transcript when they sent it to AMCAS!!! 😡 Now I'm worried my transcript will be lost and there will be a really long delay in verifying my application Has anyone else had this happen? If so, did it hinder your application verification?

When I was sending my transcripts in I called AMCAS and they specifically told me that you do not need to include that form.
