Transcript has training courses, should/how can I list them in AMCAS?

For example my official transcript has Biosafety training and WHMIS (0 credits / completed) for the first semester. It was an online module if I recall correctly. Should I list this on my AMCAS? How would I do that, it wasn't a lab or a lecture?

Yes list it, it was lecture. just add to AMCAS EXACTLY as on transcript

Thanks gonnif! Another question related to entering course work on AMCAS:

My degree was a co-op degree so I had 16 months of working during my undergrad. On my transcript it's listed as "COOP WORK" 0 credits. Should I enter this as lecture or lab? It was neither technically.
