Despite all of this, a few people on here have told tales of the double-envelope method working for them. If you can correct it, I'd do it the right way. It won't hurt to try the double-envelope way, but you may as well get new ones sent so you're not delayed further if they happen to throw yours out.
The Matching Form:
The transcript must meet the following requirements to be considered "official" by ADEA AADSAS.
- Registrar's seal and/or legible signature included on transcript
- Be received directly from Registrar's office
- Transcript no marked "issued to the student" or "student copy"

Thank you for contacting ADEA ADSAS, this email is in response to your recent inquiry. No, you must arrange for an official transcript sent to ADEA AADSAS directly from your registrar's office. The transcript MUST state issued directly to ADEA AADSAS. Transcripts not issued to ADEA AADSAS that contain your name or a stamp marked "issued to student" will not be accepted.

[An official transcript] is sent to ADEA AADSAS directly from the Registrar in a sealed envelope. Transcripts issued to students are considered unofficial and are not accepted by ADEA AADSAS. Also, any transcripts that are sent from the applicant to ADEA AADSAS are not accepted.
