Transcript Matching Form help!!

Hi,

I have two schools I need the matching forms from, but unfortunately the school that I am getting it from is in CA, and I'm in MA currently. I have an official transcript from them, though.

Would it be okay if I just print it out and send it in an envelope containing the matching form and the official transcript?

It says that it needs to be from the registrar directly but I don't know how long it would take to get that all figured out ... also I'm going out of the country soon, so I need to get this settled this week 🙁

fax the transcript matching form and request them to send a transcript with it. aadsas will not accept a transcript from you. it has to be from the registrar.

Is it ok to send an electronic form with my signature on it to the registrar instead of faxing it? My school has an option to upload supporting documents when requesting for official transcript so they can print it out and send it with the transcript. Would AADSAS be ok with that?

Thats what I did and AADSAS accepted it. I just scanned my signature and then put it where I would normally sign.
