Transcript Matching Form?!

What is this with the transcript matching form and what do I have to do with it?

Can I collect all of the transcripts and then mail them to the AADSAS with the form?

Can anybody tell me anything about this thing? I don't want ot have to go on 3 road trips to drop off forms to ALL of the schools that I've gone to. 😛

YOu have to print out that form when the application opens up. Then each college you had taken classes at must recieve this form. The school will then mail the transcript with the matching form to aadsas. I asked aadsas if we could get a sealed hard copy of our transcript and send it ourselves, but they said that the schools have to do it.

darn and i just ordered my transcripts this morning. looks like i'm out 10 bucks!

I called AADSAS and asked the same question about whether or not I could sent the transcript myslef with the matching form. They said that would not be a problem, so it would seem we have each received different information?
