Transcript matching form?

I just found out that I went to send the transcript to AADSAS, but forgot to give them the form, all of them still in my bag. Do I have to go to all the colleges again and send them with the form?

You might want to go back and ask them to include the matching form. You don't want to wait around for 2-3 weeks and then realize that AADSAS never bothered to process your transcripts since they didn't know who's transcripts they were. AADSAS tends to err on the side of stupidity. Don't give them a reason to mess things up for you.

This happened to my friend last year. one of the colleges was 4 hours by car away. so he opted not to drive all the way back. it went through fine because the official transcript had his ss number on it so they were able to match it with his app. just fine.

You should go back in send in those matching forms just to be on the safe side.

Although you probably can get by without, this still isn't something you want to risk for.
