Transcript on ERAS missing required 3rd year clerkship

My school uploaded my official transcript all the way back in July. I had not received a grade for 3rd year Ob/Gyn until August so there is no evidence I took and passed this required clerkship. My school says they do not re-upload transcripts (don't know why). Am applying EM. Will programs flag my app as incomplete without this grade? Any advice?

It should be in your MSPE, so most will not care. Many med schools state that they will not reupload transcripts, mainly because every 4th year student wants their transcript reuploaded every time they get a new H grade on their transcript. That said, I think it would only be fair that your school upload a transcript that includes your 3rd year clerkships, assuming that the reason the clerkship grade is delayed is their fault. If it's your fault, it;s on you.
