Is it okay if I don't send the transcript form for one school (CC) that I took one class (calculus) at in summer 2009? The school is not convenient for me to get to and their administration is the absolute worst. I don't want to devote an entire day or more to going there, and I know they won't be helpful via fax etc.

I can request an official transcript online pretty easily. The issue is just the matching form.

I did have all my other transcripts submitted with the form.

You need to send all transcripts, as cumbersome as it may be.

One of my transcripts was accidentally sent by the registrar without the matching form, and it was matched to my app just fine. Ironically, it was the first one to post to my app.
