On the AMCAS application, when asking for the schools you have attended--which then is transferred over to the transcript request--it asks for the program type (undergraduate, post-baccalaureate, graduate, etc.). I graduated from the university in May 2014, but came back to the same university in August 2014 for some post-baccalaureate classes that I had wanted to take, but couldn't fit into my schedule. Do I need to add another school under the colleges tab just to change the program type and/or request two transcripts? I've looked everywhere for an answer and couldn't find one. I would greatly appreciate any help! Thank you!

Are all of the classes on the same transcript? If so, I think you would be ok with one.

I believe you might have to re-enter the school in AMCAS and select a different program type, but if all the classes are on the same transcript, one would suffice. I'm not 100% sure though.
