I would strongly suggest that for questions like this you get your answer from amcas directly. Email them, give you full name and your amcas id from before and if you have a different one now, give that one too. (I think you are supposed to use the same as before if it was the last year, don't know about two years ago.) The email address is

I realize this isn't as helpful as knowing the answer to your question, but unless someone is in your exact position and has heard from AMCAS, I think you are taking a risk, as any transcript problems can slow down your application. And, you can hold onto the email response from them, and have it for documentation down the road if there are any problems.
