Transcript Update?

My undergrad was on the quarter system, so my final quarter's grades were not on transcript I submitted to AMCAS for verification. I'm planning on uploading the updated, unofficial transcript to schools that have that option on their portal, but I'm wondering if it's worth sending an email update to schools that don't. It raises my GPA very slightly, but my GPA to start off with is fine (about 3.87) so I don't know if it'll really affect the outcome at any school.

Considering your high application GPA, it won't matter, but you can mention your new grades along with other relevant updated information if you like.
