I called ADEA applicant customer service today regarding the entry of AP credits, and they could not give me a clear answer without seeing my transcript. I was wondering anyone here was in the same situation.

I replaced some of my AP credits by taking the college level courses, but these AP credits still show up on my official transcript. Yet, they were not counted toward the total credits. My question is, should I enter these AP classes exactly as it is shown on my transcript? This will give me extra credits and the matching will be off. Or should I enter the AP classes and put in 0 credits (this will give me the correct total credits, but it will not look exactly the same as it is shown on the transcript)? Or should I not include these AP classes at all? Any input would be appreciated!

Enter everything exactly how it is. I had about 15 AP credits that I did not accept and 15 that I did. Last year when I added schools, a lot of the times they made me pick my classes that fulfilled the pre-reqs and I just chose the classes I took not the APs unless I didn't retake them.

Oh... that’s too bad. I already submitted my application and put in zero credit for those AP classes that I replaced with college level courses. I figured out if I enter everything exactly as shown on the transcript, that will give me extra credits, so I changed the AP credits into 0. Should I call the AADSAS office? Last time I called and they were no help. They didn’t reply my email as well.

No I think what you did was fine as long as it looks just like your transcript!

I had an issue with some study abroad stuff. They sent me an email saying it was wrong. I called them, they helped me fix it and I was verified the next day so if it is something small like that I think you will be fine.
