Transcripts sent may 3rd via parchment - still not received

Sent my transcript in via parchment on May 3rd. Parchment emailed and said AMCAS received and downloaded the transcript on May 4th, but it still hasn't been marked as received by AMCAS.

Called AMCAS and they're saying a lot of students are having this same issue and have been calling about it since last week. Is anyone else facing this issue or have any advice on how to go about dealing with it?

Yes, same here. My transcripts sent on May 3rd haven’t been marked as received but the ones from May 11th have. This seems to happen every year, happened last cycle to me as well. I just waited it out and it all worked out.

Same, they told me to contact them again on the 25th... not much help

Yeah, let AMCAS IT fix the issue on reporting receipt. As long as you have Parchment's confirmation, you'll be okay.

Similar thing happened to me last cycle as well, which I found weird since the cycle before that my transcripts were marked as received within a day. When I called, the rep informed me it could take something like 15 business days to be marked as received (mine took about a week). The receipt email also noted that the transcripts were received the same day I sent them via Parchment so I think it's just a matter of their system being super slow to process everything.

Update: my May 3rd transcripts were finally marked received last night.
