Transcripts won't be registered until esubmit and paid?

I called AADSAS and I was told that the transcript information wont be updated until I esubmitted and paid. I called again later, and a different person said that was not true.

I sent my transcript request and matching forms to my schools june 1st and it's still not updated. I have not esubmitted yet. Probably will today. Do I have to esubmit and pay before my transcript info is updated?

it takes about 5-7 days for the school to send out transcripts (unless you pay for rush) and 5-7 days for the school to process your transcript.

Your gpa won't get calculated until they process your transcript, and your application won't be sent until your gpa is calculated.

You can esubmit before transcripts are sent. so, why not?

schools won't even look at your app until you've paid your secondaries, receive your DAT scores, and get your application from AADSAS.

tl;dr- esubmit.
