Transcripts

Do I need to send transcripts to all the schools I applied to? or do they just ask for them later on after the interviews and whatnot.

A couple of schools require them as part of your application (NYU and Columbia come to mind since they do not participate in AMCAS), but most only require official transcripts after you have been accepted.
