Hey guys, I plan on applying for the coming cycle and just realized that on my transcript - unofficial one at least - my transfer work has a GPA of its own, separate from my university work (although that includes the transfer stuff). I was confused because no community college work rang a bell in my head until i remembered I took a course during the summer between my 11th and 12th grade years. I got a B in it - mostly because at that time in my life I was satisfied with a "B" and didn't mind --- anyways my transcript says transfer GPA: 3.00.
My overall university + the one cc course GPA is 3.91 with a 3.98 science. I just feel kind of weird in that theres a section with 3.00 in it. I know there's many other criteria they look at in applicants (which I feel I'm doing fine with), but I just wanted to check this isn't going to hurt my overall chances as far as the kind of GPA med schools are looking for is it?
