How would schools calculate total GPA from different community colleges if the last institution accepted credits from them but did not incorporate the GPAs? And how does the masters GPA count in?

Your GPA from an MS, MPH, SMP, PhD etc. does not count in your overall GPA for AMCAS. AMCAS will ask for transcripts from all undergraduate colleges you attended and calculate your overall and BCMP GPA based on all the classes you took at those schools. Each school will send AMCAS instructions on converting units to a standard and will give you your GPA.

Since you send a transcript from every post secondary institution that you have attended, your overall undergraduate GPA will be calculated from every undergraduate course that you have taken. Any graduate courses are not included in this calculation i.e. masters, special masters, doctoral level coursework. This is why you need to take post bacc work to raise a poor undergraduate GPA. The undergraduate GPA is one of the major determinants of enter into medical school.
I also have a question about this. i transferred my community college credits to my university, and they all articulated. does that mean i would have to send transcripts from my community college also, or would it be only my university transcript?
thanks =)

Yes. You do have to send transcripts from every college/university that you have attended, ever. Official transcripts from your university will not include your grades from your community college. And it's important that you send all transcripts from all schools. Even if you signed up for a summer class at a local cc, and then dropped the course without a grade, you have to send out transcripts or proof of enrollment.
