transferr students from abroad ... is it possible mid-program?

I have a friend in Egypt, still not finished with the program there, has two years remaining in an English/British school, but is interested in possibly transferring to another school elsewhere .... can this be done mid program?

Are there any dental schools in the US that are willing to take on a transfer student mid-program? All that she has left is the clinical portion of her program.

Does anyone have any similar experiences or advice to share?
