Why are you transferring?

Hey, I just transferred from a state university to another state university. I will be a sophomore BME major too (previously Biology). You can still get recommendations from your old school and also from your new school. Though I think it'll be a little harder since you'll be junior. Leadership does count but not as much as you would think. I probably won't have any. I'm getting more clinical experience and research as well. 🙂

I don't understand the question. Get your letters now from your current institution, and leadership opportunities? that's a vague description of some sort of involvement. Whether its significant is what you actually do and/or get out of it, regardless of location.
