So here is my situation...
I attended a small liberal arts college for 4 semesters, then took one semester off while applying to transfer. Now I am at a well known larger university (within the top 50 in US rankings I think?), however financially it isn't working out, so I will only be here for one semester. I am transferring to a much cheaper/"worse" public college. Will admissions boards look down upon transferring twice? Especially from a "good school" to a much less reputable one? I would be able to explain myself in the interview, that due to financial problems at home I had to transfer for a second time, but will I even be given any interviews? I know it definitely isn't a GOOD thing to transfer twice, but if I graduate with a 3.6, and get above a 30 on the MCAT will I still have a good chance? Thanks for any input

Yeah, money is a 100% solid reason to transfer. Is your liberal arts school an option still? Honestly, at the end if the day, you will do what you have to do. Even if we said that your chances will be hurt, would it change the fact that you have to transfer?

I did it, grades went up significantly because the third school was a great fit, having a pretty successful cycle so far.. just be ready to be asked about it come interview time.
