^This. Good hospitals don't even ask heme/onc anymore. Even my tiny rural CAH doesn't ask me (the only hem/onc within 60 miles), they just ask pathology at the mother ship.

It was so nice having transfusion medicine at training program. I have to get nephrology involved for all TTP cases (and argue with them about Rituximab every time) and Red Cross for all exchange transfusions
