what's the word on "good" transitional programs in nyc - particularly in manhattan (you all know what i mean by "good")? any word on mskcc or st. vincents? thanks all!

Not manhattan, but NYH-Queens used to be pretty good. Not 'cush', but a good program to spend a year if you like the being in NYC part.
