How rigorous is a typical transitional year interview?

There's no dinner the night before and it is an interview for a 1 year position so I'm guessing these are very chill and relaxed events. False? True?

What should I bring when I interview? Copies of my CV? Brownies? Pens? Crisp Benjamins? Just my fabulous self?

Thanks

I brought nothing. Maybe a pen and small pad (the kind that fits in a suit coat pocket) to jot a couple occasional notes on.

I didn't do too many TY interviews, but the ones I did were much shorter than those for your advanced program. One place I just met with the PD for 20 minutes and then went home. Others there would be 2-3 interviews and a lunch, then a tour of the facility.
