Trauma Surgery: Pros & Cons

I am thinking of doing a fellowship in Trauma Surgery / Critical Care after my general surgery residency. Can anyone offer some advice as to the pros and cons of being a Trauma Surgeon (types of operations, hours, scope of responsibilites, scope of practice, trauma surgery becoming more non-operative, working with docs from other specialties...etc) . Any insight is appreciated. 😎
