trigeminal ganglion rf ,problem to get v2.
In some of my patients I cannot thread the needle after i enter ovale ,so I end up stimulating only v3.I found that it is better to go in the middle of ovale( on oblique viev) and slightly medial so you can surely enter ganglion.Which part of foramen do you prefer to enter when on oblique?
