Trouble accessing Keck's secondary

Anyone else having trouble accessing the University of Southern California's (Keck's) secondary application? They sent a website in an e-mail, but when I click on it I get an error message saying the website can't be found. Anyone know how I can access it?

Before you freak out:
1) Turn off the pop-up blocker b/c the secondary appears in a popup window
2) Use IE (though it worked on firefox)
3) Try again later

I actually have had the same problem. I just went back the next day and it worked fine. It may be their server, not you.
