Is anyone else having trouble sticking to a schedule? I don't know if im doing too much or too little daily but I cannot stick to a schedule and i think thats gonna be my downfall studyin for the boards. I was wondering if any of you guys had any solutions, suggestions on how to deal with this or any schedules that worked for you?

My exam is scheduled for June 22.

ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED!! Thanks

I have always SUCKED at sticking to a schedule. I only got effective when I went with a friend to the library, because then I felt like if I goofed off there was someone watching me. I mean, yeah, I should be self motivated and all that, but sometimes you just have to do what works.

Make the schedule more vague if you find yourself having difficulty sticking to the schedule. You should look online for some sample schedules, but something simple you can do is look in FA, take all the topics, take the days you have in your dedicated prep period, and divide by that number of topics. That way you at least have a rough guide of how many days to spend per topic. Some people plan their day down to how many hours they eat, and for me, that's way too much. But knowing that I have "2 days for cardio" is really important otherwise I'll spend too much time on wiki tangents.

Yea true, i guess dividing it up by how many chapters are in FA is def a start.

I guess ill keep it simple. Do a Uworld question set, go over it and then read FA/Pathoma then end the day with Flashcards + Goljan Audio.

Now I just have to stick to the plan for a month. :smack:

Btw taking the Comlex June 22.
