Can't tell if you're seeking medical advice or are unwilling to spend time generating a differential for yourself. If it's the latter, use things like UpToDate, From Symptom to Diagnosis, etc -- you'll learn and retain better if you put some effort into it instead of asking others to do everything (considering you haven't given us your differential). If it's the former, SDN is not the place to get medical advice.

Agree with above poster. Besides, I think if you really wanted a ddx you'd present it like any other patient presentation (ie: x yr old m/f presenting with x symptoms for x duration, pmh is x and so on).
