trouble with boston supplementary app

Hello all,
I got the email to submit my supp fee for boston university dental school recently and I am trying to log in to their boston applicant gateway and i am having a little bit of difficulty. They say the log in info is the same as your aadsas info and i have tried numerous attempts if putting in the info and even tried changing my password but nothing seems to work. when i click sign in nothing on the screen appears, not even wrong username/password. Anyone else having this issue? anyone know how to solve it more importantly?
