I used True Learn for the written exam last year (still the old format). I thought it was a good prep for the real thing and would recommend it.

I am a CA2 so I can't speak for the Advanced Exam, although I used to it to great effect on my ITE.
As a CA-1 I scored 40%. This year I scored 90%.

Not sure when you're taking it, but Freeman's Anesthesiology Core Review was great for the Basic exam. Part 2 for the Advanced is being released later this month if you're interested in a review book to couple with your question bank of choice.
