Its used by Not-for profit organizations with deep pockets to take advantage of and the savings etc never trickle down to the Doctors. Almost all hospitals I know of, when they extend a contract to an Oncologist its under a separate LLC which is for profit.

Also if in an underserved area, and if it is for that specific population, why not give access to private groups as well?

I would expect both to harm the average Oncologist as long as we are still in an ASP+6% world.

Dramatically lowering ASP will dramatically lower your revenue in PP and Hospital Employed.

10 drugs a year means by 2033 there will be 50 infusion drugs “negotiated” by CMS. Lots of people like to think we’re untouchable but Nephrology was a very competitive high paid specialty in the early 2000s, massive cuts can happen to anyone.
