Someone on these threads is using an avatar of a guy with a mullet and a hateful look on his face, looks like it's a yearbook picture.

I can't remember for the life of me whose it is but if anyone knows can you please point me to it? Hilarious stuff, I was telling a friend about it and she wants to see for herself.
