Hi guys, I am in the 9th batch. I have sent out my check to tufts a few weeks ago when I was emailed by them. A week or so later, my status that said that I needed to submit my supplementary fee on the portal disappeared. Upon checking my banking account now, it shows that Tufts still has not cashed my check. Is this normal?

I added them 8th batch, and it took about a month for them to cash my check.

Me three... Mine took more than a month. I think that they are pretty slow with everything, and i am fairly confident that they don't update AADSAS very frequently. My check was cashed, and AADSAS still says I am missing 2 supplemental 'items'. Just hoping they have everything they need.

Yeah. Not to mention, it says pretty much everywhere "don't call us". If you call the admissions office, there's a 2 minute recording that basically says "go away, wait for us to come to you!" haha.

I did have a legitimate question when I called, though, and they were very nice on the phone.

I would email them just in case. I don't have missing items in my supplemental section, but I never got an application complete email from them, so I emailed them yesterday to make sure the dentist who wrote me a letter included my number of hours, and they got back to me pretty quickly.
 
I personally know the admissions people and I can tell you they work tirelessly often into the night this time of year because of how many applications the school gets. They have far from a "don't call us, we'll call you" attitude. One of the admissions officers once told me how bad she feels when she isn't able to get back to everyone who calls and leaves a message even though she tries to call everyone back.
