Tufts/Duke Secondary

Does everyone get a secondary from Tufts and Duke. I have received a secondary application from all of the schools i applied to, except for these two. Does anyone know the deal with these schools? Do they really weed you out with the AMCAS app and giv up the potential money gain from the secondary?

Duke = This year, they don't screen. I think that they usually do.

Tufts, I don't know; but I think that they don't screen either.

I know Tufts doesn't screen cause i got a secondary appl. and my stats are horrible.

On the Tufts secondary, it says that they send it out to every applicant.
